10 things successful entrepreneurs are doing

The fastest way to be successful in business is to learn from other successful entrepreneurs. I have spent hours listening to podcasts, reading books and doing courses from these people and here's what I've discovered...

1. They have a BIG vision even if it feels scary. They're the dreamers (but also the doers). The one's that no one else believe can actually do it. Then one day they do and everyone is wondering how they did.
2. They're good at making quick decisions. Following their gut instinct, honing their intuition and sticking to their guns once they've made a decision.
3. They take aligned action. Actions that moves the needle in their business. They also know that messy action is better than no action. And they are purposeful and intentional with their time.
4. They are willing to be uncomfortable. The life you want is on the other side of your comfort zone.
5. They take risks. Sometimes it's calculated, sometimes it's illogical. They are willing to do what other people wont to have the life that other people never will.
6. They process their emotions fast and are exceptionally emotionally aware. They feel the feelings, process them (not ignoring or stuffing them down) and then see things from a different perspective.
7. They are living in cause instead of at the effect of their lives. Their know that their internal world (mindset, beliefs, perspectives) is causing their external world. And they start think what can I do to change my circumstances and create new results.
8. They are working with coaches and mentors. They look for people who have paved the way and also learn from their mistakes.
9. They ask good quality questions. How can I do it better?, what could we have done differently? They are also receptive and open feedback.
10. They are focused on self-development and have a growth mindset.
